Open-source issues and proposals

Use public Issues for reproducible open-source bugs, feature proposals, and documentation problems. Do not include account, order, or other sensitive information.

Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities that may affect users, devices, or data. Use the private security-reporting route.

Downloads and installation

If a package cannot be downloaded or opened, or you are unsure which build to use, include your computer system and chip type.

Connection and transfer

If device discovery fails, the connection code is rejected, transfer stops, or a device appears offline, include the phone and computer network, error message, and screenshots.

Accounts, remote service, and subscriptions

For login, remote-service subscription, purchase restoration, or entitlement issues, include the account email and relevant order information.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, deletion, or account closure requests, describe the request type and provide information that lets us verify your identity.
